- Preserve a sharp mind with memory care
- Maintai relationships and socializing
- Create a positive environment with calmness and purpose
“…promoting healthy activity, stress reduction and social interaction for older adults…”
What Is The Balanced Care Method™?
The Balanced Care Method™ is an innovative approach to senior care built on studies of the extraordinarily long-lived elders in the Okinawa region of Japan. These studies demonstrate that only one-third of our healthy longevity is based on genetics and two-thirds on lifestyle factors within our control. The Balanced Care Method™ seeks to capture some of the lifestyle factors that go toward creating such long-lived and healthy people.
“…combines passion for natural health & healing with devotion to exceptional care…”
Founded by Certified Geriatric Care Manager Kathy N. Johnson, Ph. D, and Clinical Psychologist James H. Johnson, Ph. By working with specific lifestyle behaviors, Home Care Assistance caregivers extend and enhance the lives of seniors, helping them live longer, happier, and more balanced lives.
